I'll Rise

The core of the Milky Way rises over Kata Tjuta in Australia's Red Centre.

I still can't get over just how clear the skies were on this adventure. We had the most perfect conditions every night, and we took advantage of them, shooting as late as we could.

This trip really helped centre me after a pretty tough few months. and it left me inspired and renewed and energised to face whatever the future may bring.

This is a blend of 20 photos of the Milky Way stacked in Starry Landscape Stacker to help reduce noise, plus another image of 607 seconds to capture the details in the foreground.
