On my first evening in Orange, I drove up to Mount Canobolas to watch the sunset as it was looking extremely promising, but then as I reached the summit I saw a band of clouds had decided to come in and cover the horizon, ruining the party.

Despite that, there was still a beautiful burst of colour that reflected off this cloud formation above.

Even though it wasn't necessarily a banger of a sunset, it was still beautiful standing on top of this mountain in the fading light and cool air with just the sound of wind through the trees and birdsong for company, which is really what it's all about after all.
