Murmur of Yearning

The waterfall at the Pool of Siloam cacades gently into the still water below.

O to feel that calming touch

As I sink deeper into your love

Fading slow from real life

Into a world of you and me

Where together we can dance

Floating in a bubble of joy

This murmur of yearning speaks

A gentle thrum within my soul

This is a 2:1 panoramic image of the waterfall cascading into the Pool of Siloam and I would encourage you to swipe to see the full shot!

It wasn't in full flow, but instead cascading gently into the still pool, and standing on the sandy embankment I loved the framing of this particular shot as I feel it is almost perfectly balanced. The sky isn't encroaching, and the deep green of the ferns and trees bracketing the falls accentuate the glow of the falling water.
