Revient le Jour
An emberic glow heralds the coming of the day, with deep hues layered across the sky and reflected in the soothing, still water in which I stood.
And it is here I chose simplicity.
To pause.
To watch.
To take it in.
To give this fleeting experience it's own space to shine.
I shot this back in February, but space is something I've been enjoying a lot of lately.
I feel I have more time and energy to pursue the things I want, without the noise of responsibility nagging me in the back of my mind, and I feel freer now.
When was the last time you gave space to something so it could shine?
In the spirit of reconciliation, I acknowledge the Traditional Custodians and the lands of the Awabakal and Worimi peoples on which I took this photo. I also acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, Elders past and present, and celebrate the diversity of Aboriginal peoples and their ongoing cultures and connections to country.
