the process
simple from start to finish
Booking a session shouldn't be complicated. Here's what to expect from the moment you get in touch.
1. get in touch
fill in the contact form and tell me a little about your moment - what you're hoping to capture, your preferred dates, and any ideas you have. I'll come back to you within 24–48 hours, usually sooner.
2. plan together
a relaxed call to get to know each other before the session. We'll talk through location, timing, what to wear, and what matters most. You'll also receive a style guide to help with any prep.
3. the session
we spend a few minutes just chatting, and then I get out of your way. No directing, no awkward posing. I document what's actually happening - the laughs, the chaos, the in-between moments. If the kids want to run, we run.
4. the edit
every image is individually colour-graded and retouched. I don't send a raw dump and ask you to pick favourites - I do the work and deliver everything worth keeping. This typically takes up to four weeks.
5. your gallery
your private online gallery lands in your inbox - high-resolution files for printing, web-ready versions for sharing, and yours to keep permanently. Fine art prints available if you'd like them framed.

absolutely. I'll travel wherever your story takes us. Travel within greater Sydney is included in all sessions. For interstate or regional trips, a travel fee applies - just ask and we'll work it out.

all of them - the fully edited best moments from your session. I don't believe in making you choose your favourites or pay per image. A typical 90-minute session yields 60–120 edited images, though this varies.

a 25% deposit secures your date, with the balance due one week before your session, all via bank transfer. Deposits are transferable if you need to reschedule with at least 72 hours notice.

overcast days can actually produce beautiful, soft light - some of my favourite shoots have been on grey days. If we're dealing with genuine rain, we'll reschedule at no cost to you.

yes - all images come with full personal usage rights. You can print, share, and display them however you like. High-resolution files are included for professional printing. If you'd like fine art prints, I also offer those through the shop.

i'm primarily a natural light, on-location photographer - I find real environments always produce more authentic and beautiful results than a studio backdrop. I come to you, wherever makes the most sense for your session.
