Looking at the Olgas from this vantage point, it's hard to think they are the towering monoliths I captured from the doors-off helicopter tour I posted last week. It feels like they are sinking into the ground here, but you just know that if you head up and over that little rise you'll see them in their full glory.

In fact, it almost feels like they are the tips of fingers reaching up and out, as if a giant is crawling across the desert floor, and this is just one small part of him.

What can you see?
