Rays of early morning light beam out through the clouds as the sun rises behind Ben Buckler, Bondi on a gorgeous morning a few months ago.

This was a spectacular morning for sunrise, and made all the better as I had the place to myself - which was a surprise considering the location! 

I love talking to other photographers when out shooting, but there's something to be said about standing in the cool pre-dawn air with only your thoughts to start the day. I find it to be a cathartic and meditational experience; one that allows me to reset, readjust, and revive. To begin anew, if you will.
