Sunrise is always a fickle lover, and I almost didn’t get up for this one. We were staying at a house overlooking the water in a small suburb called Pindimar on the New South Wales MidCoast, and it was purely by chance that I woke at 5:30am and looked outside to see what would turn out to be one of the best sunrises I’ve ever photographed.
