Sun Sail

The sun kisses the top of a sail of the Sydney Opera House during a sunset.Mrs Macquarie's Point is just such a fantastic location for photos. Here is a sunset from the other week just as the setting sun kissed the top of a sail of the iconic Opera House, with exposed struts of the Harbour Bridge behind. If you look closely, you can even see the bar area of Bennelong (which I highly recommend going to if you get the chance!).I was zoomed all the way in to 400mm for this shot, and wish I could have got even closer to get more details out of it.The details for this image are:

  • Nikon D750 with Nikon 80-400mm f/4.5-5.6G VR
  • f/11
  • 1/40s
  • ISO50
