Ripples in the Light

Ripples Chowder Bay sparkles in the setting afternoon sun.

I want to trace your beautiful face in my memories, to keep in my heart forever encased.

To hold you close and breathe you in, to feel your heart against mine, skin to skin.

When your smile graces your sweet lips, my soul aches and my beating heart skips.

Oh how I ache to hug and caress, to fall on my knees and against you deeply press.

To take you in and admire every detail, for you, my dear, are my holy grail.

Through this big world I will walk with you, by your side under big skies, dark or blue.

Pushing forward, hand in hand, against the craziness of life, together we shall stand.

What I'm trying to say, my darlin’, is that I love you, over and over again.

This is a photo of Ripples Chowder Bay in the setting afternoon sun, taken while on an amazing flight with Sydney Seaplanes.
